Education for all Children – Akshrabyasa

Possibility of the project
Education opportunity for the school going children of all the employees in my
organization

The project aims at providing tuition fees for all the children of the 150 employees in my organization. The project was executed by creating an empowering context and many rounds of discussion with the employee’s association leader and the managing director of my organization.

Through this project each of 150 employees received their children’s tuition fees as a good gesture from the management which encouraged and motivated the employees.

Benefits

1. Every child whose parent is an employee of my organization received an opportunity to study in a better school
2. Encouraged & motivated, happy parent, who could afford an education to their child.
