Being a mid size company the project envisages a new source of income for the office colleagues community. This will happen by investing their surplus income in equity market and wait for the investment to flourish.

As people are un-burdened by thoughts after retirement their output is higher, their level of satisfaction is higher and level of security moves to a all new level. People can create realistic long term goals connected to higher education , marriage of children, buying their own dwelling place.
