Project - Rural job seeking people will empowered and succeed in their interview
Currently there so many number of people who got completed Engineering /Master degrees with very good Marks.
Due to their lack of communication or no awareness of interview schedule or fear of Interview, they are unable to succeed in their interviews.
Our team going to conduct group meeting and find out the root-cause their failure of interviews, once we found out the reason then support them.
We mainly focus three areas:
1. Lack of Communication:
We will arrange English coaching class to come over their English language issue & communication problem.
2. Lack of awareness on interview schedules:
Will conduct awareness session by employees whoever has very good experience and working on very good leading organization (TCS, Infosys, Wipro, etc..)
3. Fear on interviews:
Will be provided support by experienced people.
